Keira's Taut Psychological Thriller

Well, we didn't see Keira Knightley in The Jacket, but some ad said it was a "taut psychological thriller." Would it be psychologically thrilling if it weren't "taut"? No. That's like being a "devout Catholic." All or nothing.
