Emily Tebbetts' Underwater Work

Hello Friends,

Yes, the postings have slowed to a trickle...life is complicated, and although we've been blogging consistently – if not always prolifically – since March of 2007, we find ourselves without the time and ability to focus on doing eyebrow blogging right.

So we're winding down. We'll have about another half-dozen posts, then we'll put Blu's Eyebrow Blog on ice, at least for now...but probably permanently.

But until then, we have a couple more gems to share. Like this beautiful artwork by photographer Emily Tebbetts. We're inviting her to add this work to our Women's Eyebrow group over on Flickr.

In fact, we're going to keep the Flickr group going, even after we put the blog on hold, so sign up for Flickr (it's free) and join the group. We have more than 700 photos in there, and we add a few every week or two.

Yeah, it's summer in our hemisphere, when we cool off with a dip in the pool, or the hot tub. Wait – if the tub is hot, how can it cool us off?

Never mind. Just enjoy these goofy co-eds, who have a few good brows among them. And yes, some quality amateur side boob.

Memorial Day: Pools and Parties

Here in America's Heartland we take Memorial Day weekend seriously. The Blubrow crew will disperse to various backyard pool parties and other...parties. That said, we offer the following. Click to enlarge this photo and view predictably (for us) exposed nipple (and nicely arched eyebrows):

Eyebrows as Business Objects

We admit it. We are huge fans of sex in advertising. And we're (obviously) huge fans of eyebrows – of a certain style. In fact, to us, the "right" kind of eyebrow is really a sex object.

So that's why we consider this otherwise nonsensical ad to be a supreme achievement. It combines a service for businesses (SAP Business Objects, whatever that is) with amazing eyebrows. Voila: Sex in Advertising.

OK, One More Cat on a Tub

You guys are awesome. No sooner do we post a picture of a girl in a bathtub with her cat on the side, than you email us this. Attached message, "The cat is freaky, but the chick is hotter."
