Some 6th Avenue wag criticized model Nicole Trunfio for being good at just one thing: "wearing clothes."
First of all, isn't that her job?
Second, that's so not even true. See?:

Jordana. Where Are You?
Catrinel Covers Up. Sort Of. Not.
Last time we saw Catrinel Menghia she wasn't wearing much. That's her job. Not wearing much. Which is good.
Here she is dressed relatively demurely. For her.

I Love Your Eyebrows, Beth Cooper
Hayden Panettiere is in a flick called I Love You Beth Cooper. Apparently, the plot is that the main character...loves Beth Cooper. Enough explaining.
These are grabs from the trailer. We're getting to wonder whether we need a new tag, to indicate posts in which our Hero is driving a goddamn car. Kurylenko, Lohman, now Panettiere. OK, we're adding the new tag. It's called:
Drive it.

Amy Adams in Black Book Magazine
We don't know whatever happened to that Miss Pettigrew movie, but we vaguely remember that Amy Adams was at the Oscars™. Whatever.

Alison Lohman in Drag Me To Hell
You know we like Alison Lohman. And we like Sam Raimi and horror and whatnot. So we like the idea of (and the trailer for) Drag Me To Hell.
Here are some screen captures:
OK, this one has no eyebrows, but still...The freaky-eyed crazy bad-teeth lady is enraged and drags Alison from her car!:
You know we like to see our eyebrow models driving around town...

God damn it. Light, dark, curved, straight, soft, hard. Hot. Cold.
Do you understand?
Thank you Chip Willis. Thank you Isabella.

Weekend? Must Be Amateur Hour
We recently unearthed a treasure trove of pictures of amateurs (i.e., candids of various girlfriends, barflies, bartenders, limo-riders, Mardi Gras flashers, concert-goers, club habituées, and others) with decent eyebrows and the desire to be photographed while acting dumb in public.
We'll share one every weekend if possible for the foreseeable future. And many of them will be of the "oops!" variety.
Like this eye-popping, bra-busting, nipple-tastic example:
But honestly, the best thing about this photo? The "guy on the left."

The Eyebrows of Stargate SG1: The Ark of Truth
We are trying to tie together a couple of past threads here....we've seen the Eyebrows of Star Trek and the Eyebrows of UFO. So we figured we better dive into The Eyebrows of Stargate SG1. But that show was on for ten years, plus a couple of movies (not including the original that kicked off the whole franchise).
Then there's the dreadful Stargate Atlantis...and soon Stargate Universe (more about that in an upcoming post). So here are a few screenshots from the enjoyable (intentionally–straight–to–DVD) flick Stargate SG1: The Ark of Truth.
With Claudia Black in there as Vala, it could be called The Arch of Truth:
Object of Dork Desire Samantha Carter (played by Amanda Tapping):
Otherworldly-vision Morgan le Fay as portrayed by the adorable Sarah Strange:
And finally, the lackluster (and badly acted) role of Adria, played by Morena Baccarin, who does us the favor of more or less committing a kind of sci-fi auto-da-fé:

Spiteri Revisited
We asked about Sharleen Spiteri's place in our blogginess and a couple of loyal readers Tweezed with their response – a middling, but general "Sure, let's include her." We have these further examples of her eyebrows to share.
We Salute Alyssa Miller
