The BBC is carrying a story today about London Fashion Week. Some are calling for closer monitoring of runway models to ensure they do not suffer from eating disorders.
Whatever.
As part of the TV coverage of this "story," the Beeb interviewed a pretty young woman who told of being rejected for a modeling job and told to "go home and rest up" and - in effect - gain some weight.
We don't want the young lady, whose name is Charlotte Carter, to suffer any setback to her modeling ambitions. But we're wondering if maybe the agency reps were afraid that Ms. Carter could never earn back the money they would likely be spending to pare her bodacious eyebrows?
