It's been a while since we re-visited the lovely ladies of the original Star Trek, and their various brows.

Medea, or Nancy Kovack to You and Me

When we were kids, the height of cinematic special effects were the undead children-of-the-Hydra skeletons from Jason and the Argonauts [six minute video here, featuring the Akkadian-looking neck beard dude!]. That movie was also notable for the character Medea, played by beauty queen Nancy Kovack.

Her story is interesting, actually, and she was a mainstay on a list of TV series that reads like...well, that reads like this:
Star Trek, Bewitched, Batman, I Dream of Jeannie, Perry Mason, and The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
Nancy married conductor Zubin Mehta and gave up her film and TV career. Mannix was never the same:
