Who's That Girl? Cécilia Mendez

When we introduced photographer Alexandra Carr we mentioned the "crazy eyebrow thing" her model Cécilia had going on. Then eagle-eyed reader Hyakoukoune commented that it was Cécilia Mendez. He called her a "Goddess." He did it in French, but you get the idea.
